Aspire International students bring laurels to the school in the ‘Inter School Speech Weavers 2019’

The school participated in the ‘Inter school Speech Weavers’, 2019 organized by Somalwar School (CBSE), Maa Umiya Branch,Nagpur and brought laurels to the school.

Aditya Dey of grade 8 and Ashley Francis of grade 7 took part in the ‘Role Play’ category and secured third position. Aditya role played Adolf Hitler and Ashley role played Mother Teresa in an interesting conversation of 3 minutes with each other depicting characters from different timelines. They simply won everyone’s hearts and even received appreciation from the judges.

Parth Prabhabat and Shreya Kar of grade 10 secured both the first and third positions in the ‘Group Discussion’ category giving a very tough fight in both the preliminary and final rounds to their fellow competitors participating from various schools of Nagpur. Both Parth and Shreya spoke very well on the topics like ‘Juvenile crime increasing day by day’ and ‘Make in India is better than Made in India’.

Under the able guidance of Ms. Basabdatta Dey (English HOD), the students of Aspire exhibited their good English speaking skills with confidence while maintaining composure and courteousness all through the competition and won accolades from all.
